A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party company that powers the tool. Washington County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy governs its receipt and handling of the query.

If you send an email or use a contact form, we keep the message and contact details needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
